Variation of the image here. I changed the blending of the overlay to highlight the relief on the plaque and let the colours of the actual view fill it out.
Panoramic photomerge of the view over Norwich from the top of St James' Hill. You can identify the points of interest with the handy photomerge of the St James' Hill viewpoint guide which is overlaid in about the right place. The perspective isn't quite right in places, but then, I wasn't intending to do this when I took the photos.
I've been playing with photomerge, as you can tell, which is nice, but has it's limitations.
For those of you who are interested, its actually the content of the view marker found here [1], [2], overlaid on the view that it depicts, which you can see here [1], [2], [3]. The image is made up of about 23 separate photos and some really bad cloning and drawing.
As the resizing in flickr mean that you can only see this too small, or too large, I've uploaded another size here, which might make it easier to view.
